In her FIRST show, Leezza was awarded
WINNERS BITCH, BEST OF WINNERS and BEST OF OPPOSITE SEX
at the Basenji Club of America's National Specialty under judge Mrs Anne Rogers Clark.
All this at 9 months old and from the Bred By class!
She finished 2007 as one of America's top Basenjis.
She was # 2 in the Breed System
and # 3 in the All-Breed System
At 3 years old, Leezza earned an All-Breed Best in Show win,
a Best In Group Show win
and was a multiple Group and multiple Specialty winner.
We lost Leezza in September of 2019 to Lymphoma.
Our home is not the same without her....
